ALLEGED FRAUD
COMPANY MANAGER ARRESTED Fress By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, September 13. Charged with having defrauded certain persons in New Zealand ?of £14,000, Charles Ernest Vickers, company manager, was remanded until an escort arrives from New Zealand. The police informed the court that Vickers was arrested as he was about to sail for Singapore. He was granted bail conditionally upon reporting to the detective office daily until the escort arrives.
