Crombic (Broad Bay), £6 9s, goods supplied; De Luxe Petrol Station Ltd. v. Harold S. Densem (Oaraaru), £2O 11s 4d, goods supplied; Standard Insurance Co. Ltd. v. Hector Monro (Omarama), £6 9s Bd, amount of insurance premium ; Reddells Ltd. v. Peter Mehalski (Mosgiel), £4 11s lOd, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. James Jephson was ordered to pay George Baker £l4 13s 7d immediately, in default fifteen days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays 10s a week, the first payment to be made on September 20.
