White won tbe junior motor cycle grand prix on the Isle of Man course with an average speed of 75.95 miles per hour over a course of 226 miles. Pirie was second with 74.29 miles per hour, and Munks third with 74.26 miles per hour. Fifty-nine competitors started in the race, and covered six circuits of the famous Isle of Man mountain course.
