EDITOR SHOT DEAD
GRAFT CHARGES SEfiUEL ANTIBES (Riviera), August 29. . M. Raoul Willard, editor of ‘La Tribune Republicaine,’ a Radical Socialist paper, was shot dead in his office here this evening by a political opponent, Isidore Peschi, who gave himself up to the police. . , . It is stated that Peschi earlier to-day shot-and injured M. Bourgeix, father-in-law of the editor, in a cafe. The murder is believed to be the result of political graft charges. _ . Political feeling is high in Nice and Antilles to-night. Troops are patrolling the streets.
