WALL STREET BUSINESSMEN NEAV YORK,. August 12. A seaplane service to bring New York business men to work from tbe counti; is being inaugurated on Monday. YJw planes will leave Long Island four times a day, and will land on two huge rafts anchored in East River off AA all stieet and the shipping district. Alreadv there is a brisk demand loi season tickets costing £7O, and tor single flights at IGs each. Each raft will have waiting rooms, a ticket office, and a turntable, on which the planes can be rotated ready lor tlie jicxt outward trip. There also jo anchorage nearby for thirty private pianos.
