A farther step was taken to-night in the establishment of a permanent health camp for children at Castlechfi, the Wanganui City Council agreeing to the sale of the tea kiosk to he removed to form the basis of the camp s building scheme. An area of land was given some time ago by Dr A. H. NWall to bo the site for a children s health camp. The area has been planted and is now ready for the building scheme to be commenced. The largo kiosk, which is very suitable for the health camp project, has outlived its usefulness, and the offer of the Wanganui Rotary Club, acting as trustees of the health camp, to purchase it for J-d.’iO was accepted to-night.
