KNOCK-OUT COMPETITION In the semi-final of the knock-out competition at Balclutha Clinton defeated Clutha by 17 points to 5. Clinton owes its victory to its heavy, hardworking pack of forwards, led by the Orr brothers, and also to the long defensive kicks of Roy. Clinton will play Valley in the final on Saturday. PRIMARY SCHOOLS' TEAM The boys selected to the Dunedin primary schools against South Otago at Balclutha on Saturday will practise at the Oval to-morrow at 3,45.
