COURSING
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION A committee meeting of the National Coursing Association was held in the secretary’s rooms, Allbell Chambers, Mr B. S. Irwin presiding over a large attendance of delegates. A point strongly stressed was that secretaries of all clubs should submit their programme of events to the association for approval before each meeting and also within seven days after tho meeting had been held. Mr T..M. Connors then made reference to rulings in the present rule book,' and to their not being sufficiently worded to meet several cases that might frora_ time to time come before the association. In this submission he was strongly supported by the chairman and Mr H. Gallien.
