WRESTLING
DEAH DETTON V. DR F. MEYER Youth ami experience will be pitted against each other to-night in the Town Hall, when the favpuritc. Dean Detton, will try conclusions once more with Dr F, Meyer. Detton, the spectacular, has won and been beaten by his more experienced opponent this season, and two matches have been drawn, so that the respective merits of these two top-liners have not resulted in any definite conclusion. Detton is young, with strength, keenness ,and agility. Meyer is rather of the rugged typo, grim and determined, giving nothing away, and always with a hew hold or a new counter in reserve. He is. perhaps, the most versatile _ol all the wrestlers at present working in the dominion, and for that alone is in keen demand. The cups won at the recent Otago amateur championships will be presented during interval.:
