ELECTION NOTICES. DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF POLL ON PROPOSAL TO ADOPT UNIMPROVED VALUE RAT INC SYSTEM. PURSUANT to the provisions of “ The Rating Act, 1925,” PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a poll will be taken on TUESDAY, the 11th DAY of SEPTEMBER, 1934, on a proposal that henceforth the system of rating property on the basis of the Unimproved Value thereof be adopted in the City of Dunedin. Electors qualified to vote are all persons enrolled on the District Electors’ List, With the exception of those enrolled in respect of the Residential or the Occupier’s qualifications. The Polling Places are situated as follows, and the poll will open at 9 a.m. and close at -7 p.m.:— North-east Valley Town Hall, North road. Salvation Army Hall, North road.
