(Received September 7, at 1 a.m.) A remarkable tribute was paid to the memory- of a London Liberal member of Parliament, Mr Frank Bryant, when his funeral took place at Lambeth, The greater part of Mr Bryant’s life was devoted to work among the poor, and every political, social, and philanthropic organisation in the area was represented at the church service, and many members of both Houses of Parliament were also present.
