MONDAY, JULY 30. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. ■ A first offender was fined £l, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, CHARGE AGAINST AMERICAN. Howard Lawson (31) was charged with the theft of a sheepskin coat a pair of ski-ing boots,, a vest, and other articles, of a total value of £5, the properly of the Byrd Antarctic Expedition.
