KING AND QUEEN TQ ATTEND (British Official Wireless.) Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, July 27. The King and Queen will spend the usual fortnight at Cowes for the yachting festival, which will be opened on August 6. They wijl arrive at Cowes in the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert, in which they will embark at Portsmouth oh Monday. The King will spend most of his holiday in racing and cruising in the Solent in the yacht Brithnnia.
