A GOVERNMENT BAN Prefi Association —By Telegraph—Copyright CALCUTTA, July 27. (Received July 28, at 10.30 a.fn.) The. Coruinunist Party in India will henceforth be an unlawful association. The Government of India has issued a notification that it is banned on the ground that it has for its object interference with the administration of Jaw and order, and constitutes a danger to the public peace.
