HUSBAND-MURDER RING
ALLEGED IN BUDAPEST BUDAPEST. July 11. A woman who manufactured poison for killing husbands, and six women alleged to have purchased her guaranteed concoction and used it to destroy their mates, appeared in court charged
with murder here. More than fifteen deaths were attributed to her clique; The manufacturer of the drug , that did the lethal work, according to the indictment, was Florea Duma, who is supposed to have used fly-paper as the raw ..material of her trade. Having made, up a bottle-full of death-dealing nectar, she would sell it for Is -Id, and guarantee the results, according to the prosecution. After the drug had done its work, however, she would claim a bonus of 10s more from the “happy widow.”
