INCREASE IN PERSONNEL Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, May IS. (Received May IS, at 10.30 a.m.) As a result of the Commonwealth Government’s decision to purchase H.M.S. Phaeton, the personnel of the Australian Navy will be increased by approximately 600 men within a year.
