PROPOSED VISIT OF INDIAN TEAM AUSTRALIAN SIDE’S TOUR-TEST MATCH AT DUNEDIN [Per United I’bess Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, May 15. The proposed visit of an Indian hockey team to Australia and is'ow Zealand for eight weeks in each country in 1935 was mentioned at a meeting of the New Zealand Hockey Association to-night. A letter was before the meeting from the Australian Hockey Association stating that the Australian Association was endeavouring to secure a visit of an all-Indian team and private advice from India was to the effect that efforts were being inadc by the Indian Federation to secure a firstclass team. A further communication from Australia stated that it was proposed that an Australian team to tour New Zealand would leave Sydney on August 17 and would arrive in Wellington on August 20. It was decided to allot a test match to Dunedin. The itinerary of the tour was left to a special sub-committee.
