Samuel Guppies, £6 10s, account due; W. Penrose and Co. Ltd. v. W. Cogger, £3 10s, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Harry Burgess ivas ordered to pay Maud Elizabeth O'Connell the sum of £4 4s, in default five days’ imprisonment. . , , Rachael Drummond proceeded against Joseph W, Smith on a claim to recover the sum* of £4 12s 6d.—Defendant was ordered to pay the amount, with costs, in default one month’s imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended provided he paid £1 6s a week, the first payment to be on May 22. ' .
