SUCCESS WISHES OF MR COATES
“Assisting in relieving the serious burden of unemployment.”
The Right Hon. J. G. Coates, Minister of Customs, writes to us;— I desire to take this opportunity of wishing the annual “ Made in New Zealand Week" which has been organised .by tbfe Dunedin Manufacturers' Association, in conjunction with the retailers of Dunedin, every success in its laudable effort to bring before the public the many products which are made in New Zealand factories. By such efforts the members of the public are brought to a full realisation of the admirable quality and reasonable price of many lines of locally-made goods, and of the fact that by purchasing these goods they are assisting in relieving the serious burden of unemployment which exists in the dominion today.
