EUROPEAN FRONTIERS
HUNGARY AND JUGOSLAVIA A STATE OF TENSION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA, May 12. Hungary has sent a letter to the League complaining of Jugoslav activities on the frontier, calculated seriously to affect Hungarian-Jugoslaviau relations, and asks for the council’s investigation with a view to a solution. The letter is accompanied by a twenty-five-page dossier alleging that frontier incidents occurring over several years have occasioned the deaths of a dozen Hungarians. Jugoslav quarters declare that they have much more serious grievances against the Hungarians.
