HOCKEY IN NORTH OTAGO
ALBANY (DUNEDIN) BEAT OAHARU [From Ouk Correspondent.] King George's Park was in good condition for .the hockey match On Saturday between the Oam-a;-u Club and Albany Club (Dunedin). The honours in field play were fairly even, but the visiting players had a little, more finish to their game and came out winners by 3 goals to 1. For Albany. Rennick scored two goa's and O. Dey otto, and for Oamaru J. Clark was the scorer. Messrs T. Jacobs and W. M‘Queen were tho referees.
The visitors were later entertained at dinner, when they were thanked for the interest they continued to show in fostering hockey in North Otago by their annual visits. Members of the team were later entertained at a dance in the Kibble Street Hall.
