(Received May 12, at 10 a.m.) High winds are causing severe dust •storms, forcing aeroplanes to climb 15,000 ft for clear air. WORST DUST STORM IN TWENTY YEARS. , CHICAGO, May 11. (Received May 12, at 1 p.m.) With the falling of the winds late to-day the greatest dust storm in twenty yCars subsided, leaving Minnesota and North Dakota top soil on office desks and on household rugs in several States as far cast as Pennsylvania. The extensive drought, which pulverised the soil, is unabated, and conditions remain acute.
