CABARET DANCING
To spend a Saturday evening dancing at the Moonshine Cabaret, George street, is a night well spent. The spacious area for dancing and the comfortable surroundings should please dancers. The Now Savonians’ combination of five players provides the melodies, and an additional attraction is the jazz singer in Jack Stevens, who features the choruses ‘ Mary Hose, ‘ We’re in the Money,’ ‘ Puddin’ Head Jones,’ and ‘ Something Came and Got Me in the Spring.’ A free bus will leave for the south end after the dance.
