THE NAYLOR CASE
SYDNEY, May 10. The Australian Jockey Club has written to Rufus Naplor requesting him to attend an inquiry under rule 9 to show cause why be should not be excluded from llandwick racecourse on the ground that he is not a desirable person to admit. Naylor to-day sought an exparte injunction to restrain the A.J.C. Committee from proceeding with the inquiry or coming to any decision under that rule, which he claims is invalid.
