QUESTION IN COMMONS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, May 9. (Received May 10, at noon.) Questioned in the House of Commons iu regard to the report of the committee of three appointed by the League or Nations to inquire into measures for the regulation of the Saar plebiscite next year, Sir John Simon said the report was addressed to the League, with whom the question of its publication rested.
