THE MATERNITY HOSPITAL
UNIVERSITY'S APPEAL TO GOVERNMENT The following telegram was forwarded yesterday to the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Health by Mr W. J. Morrell, Chancellor of tho University of Otago:—“Otago University strongly urges on Government acceptance of Saving Bank’s offer, and Otago Hospital Board’s proposition re the Maternity Hospital. Erection of the hospital is urgently desired in the interests of the Medical School.”
