FORBURY PARK TROTS TO BE HELD,
A meeting of the committee of the Forbury Pari;. Trotting Club ivas hold at 2.30 this afternoon to consider whether, in view of the state of the track, the second day of the Winter Meeting races should be continued to-morrow. After reports from the caretaker and Track Committee had been considered, it was decided to continue with the meeting.
NEW ZEALAND TENNIS PLAYERS.
LONDON, May 3.—ln the Bournemouth tennis tournament Steelman and Miss M'Alpinc defeated Kirby and Aliss Hesley, 2-6, 7-5, Gr 3, and Malfroy and Miss Stammers defeated Peters and Airs Peters, S-6, 6-3, in the second round of the mixed doubles.
