FOURTH SESSION OF PARLIAMENT DAIRY LEGISLATION AND NORMAL PROGRAMME (Per United Press Association,] AUCKLAND, May 4. Thursday, June 28, has been fixed by Cabinet for the opening of the fourth session of the twenty-fourth Par-’ liament of New Zealand, according ‘p an announcement by the Prime Minister (Hon. G. W. Forbes) on his arrival to-day. - Mr Forbes said that, apart from dairy industry legislation, the programme, would be normal. In reply to a question, he' said it was undecided whether there would bo time to pass a Bill providing for the .A permanent establishment of Parliaments in New Zealand. the question would be deferred till ah W final session. 4
