(Received May 2, at 9.40 a.m.) On the eve of his return to New Zealand after having operated ou the racehorses Deep Respect and Koda Pen to cure them of “ roaring,” Dr W. C. Ring was subpoenaed to attend the Central Summons Court to-day. The information contained in the subpoena deals with that section of the regulations requiring any person to be registered by the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board of New South Wales before practising in this State.
