LONDON, April 30. “ Holland will make a revolutionary change in her railway system on May 15,” says the ‘ Financial Times.’ “ She will introduce sixteen 87-mile-an-hour Diesel express trains connecting Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Arnheim. The trains will be only of 75 tons, but will carry 641 first class and 128 second class passengers. They will have rubber springs for smooth, silent running.”
