APPOINTED TO BANGKOK
SIR JOSIAH CROSBY (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, April 5. The King has approved of the appointment of Sir Josiah Crosby, British Minister at Panama, to be envoy at Bangkok in succession to Mr E. F. Former. Sir Josiah Crosby began his diplomatic career in Siam, and previously served in Bangkok as viceconsul in 1911, and acting consulgeneral in 1919-20.
