JAPANESE TROOPS ATTACKED Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, March 11. (Recevied Maxell 12, at 1 p.m.) Osaka and Tokio papers report that a group of Manchurian and Korean farmers near Han (Manchuria) attacked Japanese troops, a number being killed and wounded, including Colonel Izuka and several officers. Hsinking reports indicate that the farmers are annoyed over the land policies.
