(Received March 12, at 12.20 p.m.) The British United Press Association’s correspondent at Munich says: “ A decree recalling the case of Mr Noel Pantor has been issued by Captain llochm, commander of tho storm troops, providing that any German publishing reports of storm troop activities, training, equipment, rallies, and parados will be guilty.of high treason.”
