NEW FASHION IN DOGS TOY ANIMAL FROM TIBET. , LONDON, February 27. The Duchess of York is setting a new fashion in toy dogs, with a sacred Tibetan lion dog, rarely seen m Britain. The dog has long hair which hides its eyes and very woolly legs. When lying stretched out it resembles a small woolly mat, and it is impossible to distinguish the head and tail.
