Harris Ltd. report having sold by auction to-day, under instructions from the trustees in the estate of Josiah 'Williams, two freehold properties, as follows: —Lot 1, part sections 23 and 24, block 27, Dunedin, together with’ seven-roomed dwelling,- known as No 208 Leith street, was sold to a client for £390. Lot 2, part of sections 69 and .70, block 27, Dunedin, together with two dwellings, known as Nos. 48 and 50 Forth street, were sold to Mr b. Burton, as'agent, for £502 10s. The secretary of Gillespie’s Beach Gold Dredging Company Ltd. reports that the wash-up for the week ended March 10 was 51oz 15dwt for 111 hours’ dredging BRIAN BORU RETURN.
