DR DOLLFUSS'S APPEAL TO LEAGUE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 7. (Received February 8, at 1.30 a.m.) Tho Romo correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says that Dr Dollfuss informed Signor Mussolini that before formally bringing the Austro-German conflict to the League’s notice he intends to supply the Italian, British, and French Governments with a dossier enumerating tlie various alleged Nazi outrages and other violations of Austrian sovereignty.
