AUSTRALIAN TEAM'S VISIT
WANGAN UFS PROTEST. The Wanganui Cricket .Association last evening registered a protest against the action of the New Zealand Council in omitting Wanganui's claim for inclusion in the itinerary of the Australian touring team, in spite of definite assurances received by the Wanganui delegate at the annual meeting in November. ■ Wanganui agreed to forgo a match five years ago to enable an extra test to he played in Auckland, and is therefore entitled to consideration.
