AUSTRALIAN FARMERS' VISIT
STUDY OF NEW ZEALAND CONDITIONS Prew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WELLINGTON, February 6. New Zealand farming _ methods and conditions are to be studied by a party of sixty-two Australian farmers who arrived by the Monowai from Sydney. The tour is being conducted under the auspices of the New South Wales Council of Agricultural Associations, and is under the patronage of the New South Wales and New Zealand Governments. It will extend over a fortnight, and embrace both islands. Practically every section of New South Wales rural life is represented. The itinerary drawn up by the Tourist Bureau includes visits to up-to-date sheep farms, modern dairy farms, tested herds, dairy factories, the experimental farms, freezing works, grading stores, and agricultural colleges. An opportunity will be taken to visit some of the scenic attractions. Several of the farmers are accompanied by their wives.
