Lord Londonderry (Secretary of State for Air) has returned to England after an air tour through the Middle East and India. He arrived at Croydon in the air liner Hengist. The light plane in which Lady Londonderry flew to Croydon to meet her husband made a forced landing at Biggin Hill, but she continued her journey in another plane. Lord Londonderry expressed particular appreciation of the work of the Royal Air Force on the Indian frontier.
