BAD WEATHER MARS ARRANGEMENTS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. APIA, February 2. The German cruiser Karlsruhe arrived on Thursday morning, and will remain until Wednesday. Elaboi’ate arrangements were made for the entertainment of the officers and men by the German residents. Heavy rains have prevailed since the arrival, and today, Giving to the high sea running and the unsettled condition of the weather, the cruiser left the roadstead, and has gone to sea until the conditions improve.
