BLACKBERRY AND APPLE JELLY Use 11b apples to every 31b blackberries. Add 5-pint water to each . pound of mixed fruit. Boil slowly for five minutes or until fruit fairly well broken up'. Strain through a jelly bag, and boil juice ten minutes. Add l-cnp sugar to each cup juice, then boil about five minutes till a jelly test is given.
