LAWN TENNIS DAVIS GUP DRAW LONDON, February 2. (Received February 3, at 11 a.m.) For the Davis Cup, European zone, the first round is Czecho-Slovakia, New Zealand, and Italy, byes; Switzerland v'. India, France v. Austria; Germany, Australia, and Japan, byes. The North American zone draw is: United States v. Canada, Mexico a bye. The South American zone, draw is: Brazil v. Peru. Australia in the second round plays Japan, the winner of which in the third round plays the winner of Germany’s match against the winner of the French-Australian match. New Zealand in the second round plays Czecho-Slovakia, the winner meeting in the third round the winner of Italy’s match against the winner of the In-dian-Swiss encounter.
