(Received February 1, at 1.40 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Sir Shirley Benn moved that the time had come for the Government to get in touch with the dominion Governments and plan a voluntary redistribution of the white peoples of the Empire and the stimulation of shipping and trade under the flag.
