(Received January 31, at 1.10 p.m.) The Archbishop of Sinai declares that if there is any justice in the world the Codex Sinaiticus must be returned to the Sinai monastery. He promises to issue a booklet proving that Russia obtained the manuscript by a trick, and extorted the deed of gift by menaces.
