AMERICAN RELIEF PLAN EXTENSION PROPOSED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, January 29. The Secretary of Agriculture (Mr H. A. Wallace) to-day asked Congress to appropriate 2,000,000,000 dollars, which the Agricultural Administration would use to finance the extension of the farm relief plans to beef, cattle, and dairy farmers. This would augment the 150,000,000 dollars being collected by the processing taxes on dairy products.
