Tho sales tax amounted to £23,982, the figures for last month being £19.604.
SUPREME COURT JUDGMENTS. His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy to-day upheld the jury's verdict for plaintiff for £1,271 11s in tho case in which Robert Larkins sued the Love Construction Co, for damages arising out of a collision' between a motor cycle and lorry.
Jn the case Henry Henderson v. Francis Bernard Francis a claim for £402 Gs, alleged to he duo under a deed of covenant, the plaintiff was non-suited.
