Advisory Trustees V EN administering estates, the Public Trustee willingly co-oper-ates with private Advisory Trustees who may be appointed to act. The advisory trustees may be testators’ business associates who have intimate knowledge of the complexities in estates where the assets present unusual difficulties of management. Or they may be family solicitors, public accountants or other persons in whose judgment the testators have confidence. This system of co-operation has worked very smoothly in the administration of estates of many business and professional men. Consult the Public Trustee or his local representative.
