GERMANY AND FRANCE Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, January 14. As a reprisal to, the French .reduction of the quotas on imports from Germany, the latter is imposing quotas on a number of French products, which will reduce the imports from Frdnce to the extent of £1,250,000 a year.
