CONCESSIONS TO SUBSCRIBERS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, November 30. (Received November 80, at 11.15 a.m.) Concessions to telephone subscribers, representing a loss in revenue in excess of £40,000 annually, were announced by the Postmaster-General (Mr Parkhill) in the House of Representatives. The Minister also announced that free wireless licenses would be available for all blind persons over sixteen years of age.
