(Rectived November 28, at 1.5 p.m.) Joel Sibner, aged three and a-half years, to-day banged himself with a telephone wire while his mother was away for fifteen minutes shopping. The youngster went to the bathroom for a a stool, which he pushed to the instrument, into which he was accustomed to prattle when held up by his parent. He climbed up and got entangled in the cord. The stool upset, and the lad choked to death.
